Magic MacDaddy (Remote Support/Lessons)
We connect to your computer from our offices and can observe and guide you. For only $29/Half-Hour we can teach a lesson and answer questions about your computer or iPhoto or iWeb. We can also troubleshoot your Mac and help solve some common problems as well as complex ones. An internet connection is required so if your problem is that your internet is down you'll have to give us a call.
At-Home Services
Computer Setup......$99
This flat fee includes setting up one computer, connecting it to the internet, and setting up an email account.
Network Setup......$149
This flat fee includes setting up three computers on a single wired or wireless network, securing the network for safety, and connecting them to the internet.
Printer Setup......$79
This flat fee includes setting up a wired or wireless printer to be used on up to three computers.
Computer, Network, Printer Combo Package......$199
This flat fee includes all of the above services combined in one visit.
Data Transfers......$99 for the first hour and $49 for each hour after that.
This includes transfers from Mac to Mac as well as from PC to Mac. Typically done in about an hour.
Lessons and Other Setup Fees (additional computers, printers, devices, Blackberry setup/syncing, etc.)......$99/Hour
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving......$129/Hour
Whether it's your network, internet connection, or some strange behavior on your Mac we'll take a look and get it working. If we can't fix it we won't charge you.
